Text in Adobe

Does anyone know of a way in which I can duplicate a gif (I can do this
part) but change the colour of the text without doing a new creation ?

I've tried doing 2 separate ones but the text always seems to go slightly
out of line and looks a bit scruffy.  It would be on a white background for
move over buttons
