Freehand vs Illustratorby "Gary Barber" <gazbe(at)omen.com.au> |

Listpeople I have been finding a need for a professional design vector drawing software application over and over again in the last few months. Most of the time I seem to get around this via using various other products. But what I need now is an honest, hands on series of options (or mini reviews) on which of the two leading players I should choose. Macromedia's Freehand or Adobe Illustrator. I am very conversant with Photoshop and Flash so its a little hard to choose. I will consider other serious professional packages. However note I find that Corel Draw now suffers from the Bloatware syndrome. Thanks for the advice in advance. Gary Barber Web Designer.
