Without using CSS or Frames you have this option: in the <BODY> tag include
'Marginheight=0 Marginwidth=0 Leftmargin=0 Topmargin=0'.

The first two are for Netscape, the second two are for Internet Explorer.
Why they couldn't agree on the name of the function is a mystery.
