Sure!
I'm far from talented...
You can put your favorite picture on the tablet and just trace it. Easy
enough...
The Wacom's are a bit high priced though ($300+USD).. But then they all
are. Depending on how serious you are with your graphics and your desire to
make your own, I'd say it might be worth it...

Well...
Is a graphic tablet only for persons who are talented already with a piece
of paper and a pen?
Or is it possible even for non gifted -like myself- to create nice computer
graphics with it?
The question is: Would you recommend a tablet to the average graphics
creating person?
