You definitely should put both height and width attributes in your image
tags. These tell the browser what size the image will be, so it can create
a space for the image, layout the text around it, and keep downloading the
image while it's working. If you have graphics heavy pages, this is a must.
If you use HomeSite, everytime you insert an image, it automatically adds
the height and width attributes to your image tags. If your editor doesn't
do that, you might want to switch.
