Simple graphics program

Hello everybody,

I need a simpe program to create GIF and JPEG files. I need to copy & paste
screenshots, crop, resize them and then save them as an image.

It should take up minimal resources and work on WinNT (most Win98 and Win95
programs work on NT as well).

Please cc to me as well, I'm on digest. Thank you very much!
