It is interesting to note how often loading time is mentioned in commenting
about one site or another, and how different the experience can be for
different folks even those using ostensibly similar systems.  There are *so
many* variables that can be involved: ISP performance, type of connection,
modem type, current dll files, graphics boards, amount of memory on board,
the phase of the moon, how you tie your shoelaces, etc.  It makes commenting
on what we see to others a somewhat risky endeavor at times.  Even saying
what kind of computer you have and what kind of OS you are running may not
really be relevant in the end.  I suppose it is the early and crude phases
of any new technology that keep the juices flowing <grin>.
