There are a number of CAD type programs. pagemaker is one vector-based
drawing program. It likes for you to have adobe font manager installed.

Sorry! I meant to refer to a program called PageDraw, written by Rajeev
Karunakaran (rajeev(at)netcom.com). It is freeware and quite powerful. Not sure
just where to find it but if the search engines fail you you've got the
email adress of the author (if it's still current).

It still likes you to have adobe font manager for doing work with fonts but
will do everything else even if you don't have it.
