Dithering

Question, would someone with their monitor set at 256 colors pls check out
this graphic on

http://www.northernpinesrealty.com  and let me know if it is dithering big
time?

Its the house scene I am wondering about.  I looked at it in my browser at
256 and it looks awful but in my graphics program it looks fine.  Would like
to know if it looks this way to everyone.
