Hello,
I have a big printing problem and I need to be able to get all this material
printed by Tuesday.  After 2 hours on the phone with HP yesterday, they are
suppose to be sending a tech person but haven't heard anything yet.  I am
hoping maybe someone here can help me

HP 4500
Colors are not right.  Has nothing to do with screen/print difference.  The
colors are printing wrong.

Anything with Yellow is OFF big time.
White text on dark backgrounds is blurry.  YET black text on colored
backgrounds is totally crisp.
Green Text has a yellow glow.
Gray's look pea green.
Reds, browns, oranges on right side of page are blotchy and marbled.

I have replaced the yellow toner.  The printer has only had 15K pages
printed from it since I bought it.  Drum life has 38% left.  Transfer and
Fuser have 70%+ life left in them

Any Ideas?
