Thanks ever so much everyone for all your input and help.  I am able to
create the mouseover (but for some reason it thru my images out of position)
The only way I was able to line them up correctly (and so far I have only
looked at it in IE 5.5) was to remove each one from their separate tables.
I shudder to think what all the browsers will do with my <br> tags used for
positioning.  I will worry about positioning later <g>

Thought tho you might like to see it "work".  Thanks again very much for
your time and generosity with your knowledge.
