Stabilizing DreamWeaver Layers

Hello All,
This is my first post.  I love working with Photoshop, Macromedia
Dreamweaver, Flash, Poser, Paintshop Pro etc.

I have seen a code somewhere LOL if i can find it again .  to Stabilize the
Layers in Dreamweaver.  so they don't slip and slide all over the place if
resized etc. they keep running over my borders etc..

Any Ideas?.. it is really annoying.
