To start get the Beginning Active Server Pages from Wrox Press. One of the
better books to start off with when learning ASP.  You might also consider
some other books that talk about general programming principles, if you have
little or no programming experience.  Luckily (or unluckily depending on
your view) ASP is based on Visual Basic Script which is not a hard language
to learn.
There are also multiple sites on the web with information on ASP.  Such as
http://www.15seconds.com, http://www.asp101.com, and
http://www.asplists.com/asplists/ are but a few of the sites available.
