Hi Lonna
why don't you install a foreign keyboard.
I have always 4 keyboard configurations installed: english, german, spanish,
slovak.
Just go to Control Panel > Keyboard and then to the Language tab.
You must have Windows multinational support installed.
It is easier than figuring out what ASCII codes the different characters
have.
Note: There is a particular bug in Windows here, if you Installed Windows
with "US American" settings from the very beginning then Windows won't let
you install the multinational support. At least in Win95.
It is therefore neccesary to install windows with ANY other setting and then
after installation set it back to "US American".
