Buttons

I've just gotten Microsoft Image Composer and I like it so far.  I've been fiddling around and I can't seem to figure out how you
make buttons in the software.  Not the button wizard but with just a plain graphic that I want to make a button out of.  I've been
using Paint shop pro before and I'm wondering if they have a feature for buttons like that program had?
