Color Differences

In the header and footer areas of this webpage the left and right corner
images are noticeable a different shade from both the banner and the
background image of the central cell.  You can see the background area
between the banner and corner images only in larger resolutions.

This shouldn't be because they were all exported from the same fireworks
.png master.
Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening.
