cheap version of flash?

I was wondering if a user of FLASH would go and check out this product and
tell me if it seems to be a poor mans version of Flash, the way Paint Shop
Pro is the poor mans version of Adobe, and since I am a poor woman, pls
those of you out there that feel insulted by this remark, pls don't
