The owner of the website should obtain permission, and using any graphics
without permission is unethical in my book. BUT since the images are of a
publicly for sale item, I am not so sure that the ethics apply in their
entirety. You can't charge her for images which are just snapped off of
another site though either. If she had just handed you a disk of images, you
would not have know any different and would have just put them up. So it is
a very personal question you ask. I personally will not use graphics if I
did not design them myself. That is one reason why I am the graphics
designer and not the web designer ;)
