Need Layouts

Is anyone aware of any CD's or collections of website templates that I can
purchase - for resale?

I need something :
- fairly inexpensive.
- that I can offer as part of my website package for resale.
- preferably primarily HTML based.

By way of explanation, I am offering complete website packages to a specific
industry - I want to offer perhaps a 1/2 dozen 'looks' and then customize
with the clients' text and my own databases, calculators, hosting and
service (I'm not trying to make $ completely off of someone else's work
:-)).  I am accutely aware of my complete lack of layout and design ability,
and can't yet afford to pay my contracted artist to do this. So far I keep
running into the problem that the templates can't be packaged and
resold.....
