I will be teaching a graphics design class this fall at the local
community college using PSP5.  I have selected as a text for that

I chose this book because it is a visual quickstart guide and I
know I will have students who are barely able to turn on a
computer let alone understand the jargon.  It is well laid out
and besides giving text also provides pictures to let the student
know what should be happening.  It is a good place for beginners
to begin.
