good book for PSP5 beginnerby "MSR" <msrogers(at)gbis.com> |
|
I will be teaching a graphics design class this fall at the local community college using PSP5. I have selected as a text for that class: Paint Shop Pro for Windows by Ben Sawyer and Joann Meyer. ISBN #0-201-35362-8 published by Peachpit Press on the web at http://www.peachpit.com . It costs about $16.95 in the US. I chose this book because it is a visual quickstart guide and I know I will have students who are barely able to turn on a computer let alone understand the jargon. It is well laid out and besides giving text also provides pictures to let the student know what should be happening. It is a good place for beginners to begin. Marsha Rogers msrogers(at)gbis.com
