Sure,
In PS4 you do Image | Adjust | Hue/Saturation. Play with the handles after
you select a primary color

In PS5, do Image | Adjust | Channel Mixer. Again, select a color and play
with the handles.

In either case, I believe you have to change the image mode to RGB from
Indexed.

A filter package that give you a browser to modify colors and the power to
select from a variety of colors plus control over primary tinting is KPT
Convolver

Subject:	Re-mapping gif colors in Photoshop

Couldn't find this in the HWG archives:
Is there a quick way to use Photoshop to
re-map the color scheme of a simple gif?
My project features gifs that are colored either
red or gray with bold white text. These are
clickable links. My employer has asked for
them to change into blue buttons with bold
white text using a Javascript mouseover.
So far, I've been using a semi-manual method
of changing color, and probably wasting a lot
of time. I tried recording my steps via the
"actions" tool but running the resulting
action on a test gif was a disaster. I just
want the dark red pixels to become dark blue
pixels, medium red pixels to become medium
blue pixels, etc. Thanks in advance.
