Hi all,
I just purchased Metacreations Expression (Cheap at an auction), and built a
web safe palette for it from scratch. I am seeing a HUGE difference in the
colors in Expression. All the other software on my system looks pretty
close with the colors, so close I can't tell the difference.
First, the palette is correct, so that's not the problem. The calibration
tool in the program is no help either, it just says to enter what I have in
Photoshop. Well Photoshop doesn't have the same controls, and I didn't
calibrate it either ;) It doesn't have a listing for either my monitor or
my printer so I went on with my life.
Question is (for those using Expression), since everything looks the same in
all my other programs except for this one program, what do I do? And for
those of you who have any good suggestions or resources for calibration of
monitors and printers, I sure could use the help--I needed to do this a long
time ago. I just don't do much professionally, so I got lazy about it.
System:
Win98 PC
NEC MultiSync XV15 Monitor
Epson Color Stylus 800 Inkjet
Thanks for any help!
Gina

Matthew 11:28-30
"Come to Me all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart,
and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is
light."
