Morning all.

I have three graphics on a page.  Two are acceptable at the 256 resolution,
but one keeps dithering around the edges.  I would appreciate if you would
look at it and tell me if you as professionals find this "ok" to live with
and if not how I can have the effect I want without the edges dithering.  I
was wanting a cutout effect but because of the dithering factor I have
settled for a raised edge sort of look.  Let me know what you think.
