Round corners

Hi,

I am experimenting with using little tables with rounded corners.  I use
Photoshop 5 to make these little gifs for the corners of the tables, but I
can't keep them from coming out with ragged edges!!!  I usually make a
colored rectangle and then "smooth" the corners, or I draw a circle and
"cut" it out for the corners.

Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to do this better?
