web utilities software

I use some places online to register my new web sites with major search
engines.  I use a free service.  When I receive confirmation via email,
there are always advertisements for this or that service such as:  automatic
graphics compression to tune-up your web page speed, register with over 200
search engines, make sure your web page is in the top 10 on search engines,
make fast HTML code corrections from errors found, etc.

I have looked at some of these services and their cost is every where from
$9.99 a month, to buying a software package for $200.

My question is this:  Is there a software package that I can buy (one time),
that is under $200 that will do all of the above?  I want to be able to
register my sites with many search engines, optimize load time of my pages,
and make sure I get the best position in search engines, plus tune-up and
make easy HTML code corrections where there are errors found.  Is there one
product anywhere that will do this for me, or am I destined to be the
confused slave of all the email hype :))
