I sent an e-mail to Lloyd Burchill (lloyd(at)flamingpear.com) to ask about
the price rise of Blade Pro, and he has said it would be OK to forward
his answer to the list, as I thought one or two of you might be
interested.

The Mac and Windows versions were both recently taken over by a retail
company (Communique Software) which has raised the price to $49.

I apologize that the software is no longer available at the old price.

... Communique is going to produce a
boxed version for sale in stores too. I'm not sure when it's going to
happen, but I expect it'll be within about a month.
