I have Bryce2 so I would use that. Bryce4 and Bryce3D would also do the job
and are available for trial. You can get Bryce2 for cheap, I got it at an
auction.
Bryce creates the image in 3 dimensional space - you can then export to
PhotoImpact to manipulate the 2D picture.
