Copernic99 is a search engine tool...basically takes your search query and
uses the major search engines at the SAME TIME, then gives you a combined
result...similar to what Webcrawler does, but Copernic99 uses Webcrawler as
one of the engines, and it's very easy to configure, change, plus browser
through all the results...I use it more often than one particular engine.

So his meaning was, it will help you find the images you want...once you
find them, THEN you have to change them using whatever tools you have.
