EPS viewing and Image Search

Does anyone know of a software program that will show thumbnails of .eps
files rather than having to open them one by one? I am on a PC format.

Also, can anyone recommend an image CD library that would have law images? I
am looking for images of 'law libraries' and large quill pens. I require
photos not clipart.
