Is there a really simple way to make seamless tiled backgrounds?  I have
tried the Photoshop tutorial at Cooltype.com, with no luck.  They say to use
offset filters and then apply the rubber stamp tool.  That is hard work!  I
never can seem to get it to look right.  Do any of you have a different,
easier method or a tutorial page with simpler instructions?
I have Photoshop 5, and Paintshop Pro 4.
