another table problem

Hello......

Once again I'm having trouble constructing the proper table to display a
page background that I made. It shows up fine on IE, but is really off in
both Netscape and Opera. In Opera, the overall page background disappears
under the middle cell of the table, and in Netscape the middle cell is
indented too far into the page. So, I'm guessing the problem is in that
middle cell, somewhere, but I can't find it. (Oh, I ran the page through
NetMechanic, and it doesn't show any coding problems, apart from griping
about the margin attributes in the body tag. Hmmm.)
