Hi Bill,

If you are trying to flood the white area of page 1 with the blue bubbles of
page 2 that is not a  problem to do in psp.  (I am using version 5 and can't
recall the exact steps to tell you in version 4).  Select the area to fill.
Make sure your bubbles file is open. On the flood fill tool select the
option for pattern and select the pattern as your bubbles file.

The big problem is the file size this will create for your background the
way your page 1 sits now.  My suggestion would be to try resculpting your
curve to a shorter height.  Also you should consider that people with
monitor resolutions wider than 994px are going to get a repeat on the right
too!
