table problem

Hello......

I'm having trouble formulating a table to correctly display the background
graphics that I created. I have a top and side border, and have completely
re-done the page twice...carving up the graphics and creating the coding for
the page all over again...and it still isn't right. I know it's got to be
some simple little thing that I'm just not thinking of, and I'll say a big
"Doh!" when someone points out what it is. Basically, there is a gap on the
right side of the page where the top border isn't displayed.

Does anyone have any suggestions? The page is at
