I think Darren was on the money - you have to view it to see it it looks
smooth or choppy. As you view, just ask yourself, am I waiting too long for
the next frame? If it's text, do the words flow smoothly, at a regular
reading rate? Or do you want to emphasize a particular word. Remember, you
can adjust the timings from frame to frame; they don't all have to be the
same.
