Going NUTSO!

Subject: HELP!!! Going NUTSO!


 Ok here is the deal, I have tried to figure out for TWO HOURS, why this
banner won't show up on the webpage.  I don't even get the red "X"...

The image IS in the right place... I have placed it in a test folder, if
someone could PLEASE tell me I'm not CRAZY!

I even have it on 2 seperate servers....
