Afternoon:

These are smaller versions of your image nested in tables and are either
hyperlinks, or, simply for display.

The tables can be either set into rows, columns, or spaced as single cells
whereever you wish to place them on your page.

Rather than tell you in detail how to make them, if you'll send me a private
email I'll be glad to send you an HTML sample of a thumbnail table I created
and you can go from there with your design by modifying the code
accordingly.
