Steve: When we upgraded all of our work stations we discovered that some of our software had not been backed up properly and we risked losing the programs that weren't on CD. I pulled all of our receipts and contacted each manufacturer and received replacement software from them. By all means contact the product manufacturers of your software and they might replace your software free of charge if you have proof of purchase.
