Anyone Recognize This Font?

I took over a site built by someone else who is not responding to our
emails. Have no idea if there is a .psd file for the logo and no idea what
font he used to create it. Would like to create a banner, etc. using it and
don't like what happens to it when I reduce its size. Any ideas what the
font is?
