There are a ton of PSP tutorial sites out there as well as some user groups.
Check out the PSP Interactive Zone and the PSP Users Group.  Both of these
groups have active forums where you can post specific questions with nearly
immediate answers.

There is also a newsgroup dedicted to PSP.  JASC officials monitor it and
answer questions on occasion.
