Yikes! Be *real* careful. I've had pains off and on in my arms for years,
and it can be a real, well, pain. The best solution I ever came up with was
to become ambimoustrous, and learn to use the mouse in either hand. That
way I can switch back and forth. Also, I learned that if my arms are
hurting it means I'm doing something wrong, and I change how I'm sitting,
switch mouse hands, move the keyboard around, something.
Good luck,
John Watson
