Ok, a question that I have pondered for a while...
Does a browser load background images faster than
regular images??
I was looking at a page with a 100k background image
and it loaded quickly... maybe it was preloaded while
I looked at the splash screen...
Maybe not,
I'm wondering how a browser treats each of these items.
Any comments?
