Cutting Out.

All,

One of my customers has just asked me to create an image of one of their trucks.

They have given me a photo which has the truck in it but it has other cars and stuff in the background.

What they want is for me to basically cut the truck out and create a new image from it.

Can anyone suggest the best software/way to do this.

I hope this makes sense.
