Fellow Listees,

Man, this has been such an active thread I thought I'd throw my $0.02 in.

About a year and a half ago I bought my computer. A few weeks later I
downloaded a beta program I never heard of; FrontPage 97 with Image
Composer. I got hooked on playing with them for hours. Next thing I knew,
I'm creating websites for small businesses in my area.

I especially enjoyed Image Composer. I lurked at its very helpful newsgroup
and learned everything I could about it. I do not have any formal training
in graphic design. I do not claim to be a designer, I call myself an
"Website Developer". But I do know what looks good to me and what doesn't.

I am a self-employed one man shop. I create between one to three new
commercial websites per month. I get my inspiration from sites such as
www.highfive.com and www.projectcool.com But I do not currently create
websites of the caliber featured there. Maybe in a few years.

For now, I'm content to create websites for business that produce
measurable, profitable results. I love what I do!

Regards,
Demitrius >I<
