moist internet

Hi,

Through the messages of Collin Lim (lost gold text) and Pete Jacobson (gif
translates differently) i've stumbled on a number of 'moist' web pages these
days. I'm talking about the effect of a picture reflected in, and hovering
above water. The water looks real (it moves) and even tempting, like a lake
at midnight after a warm day. I can't imagine one could do this by hand.
Could you please, please reveal the secret of it? I love it and i want it
too.
