Web safe palette file

Good morning.

I need to find a file that contains the web-safe palette which I can load in
either Paint Shop Pro 5.0 (evaluation version) or in Adobe PhotoShop 4.0.

Can anyone send me a copy or point me to a website from which I can download
it?
