approximately equal to symbol or font

Yeah, back on this subject again ...

For the *poster* that queried about a registered trademark symbol font
(R in a circle), other than the many choices you have been supplied with
previously, I have found it in my installed windows fonts (I believe),
under the "WP TypographicSymbols" by using the key 7.

Now, for my question ...
Does anyone know of a font that will produce the "approximate equal to"
sign (an equals with the tilde on top)? I don't care to use the extended
numeric code of &#8773; nor the named entity of &cong; for it is mainly
for 4+ html/browsers.
