INFO: New FREE Web Browser

Hello, Graphics people:

The thread "New FREE Web Browser",  which was off topic from the 
get-go has run its course and is totally off charter for the Graphics List.

Albeit appreciated by some, this list's charter includes all forms of 
"graphic creation techniques, graphic display and design issues, and 
hardware and software used in graphic creation", is not relative at all
to this thread's discussion.

Future discussions on this topic are to be taken to private email so we can
get back to the issues we are all here to discuss - graphics.
