Zoom Box

I recently saw a very cool thing for a requested pop-up wndow. When the 
visitor clicks on the link, a window pops up but does it in a staccato-way 
where it quickly goes from smaller to bigger in a few steps.

I copied the code from the html but I cannot make it work.

Here is the code that is used like any other anchor tag (I removed angle 
brackets):

I saw the following in the head (I removed angle brackets):

script language="JavaScript1.1" src="global.js"          /script

I found the global.gs code at:
http://www.contactdesigns.com/contact/global.js
There are zoom box references there.

I tried setting it up like they had it but it doesn't work for me.

Anybody have any idea how to make it work? I was working from my desktop, not 
live on the Internet.
