While I could be wrong, it is my understanding that ALL fonts have the (c)
symbol built in. Access it via HTML with either &copy; [& c o p y ; --
spaced just in case email parsers convert the first instance] or &#169; [& #
1 6 9 ;]... you can also enter it in Windows by holding the [ALT] key down
and typing in 0169 on the numeric keypad.
