My 2 cents.. I got an olympus camera (I think it was like 800 bucks, 
maybe more, i didn't pay for it).. anyway, the handbook has this feature 
called "Panorama view", in which you can look at one image, like um say 
a beach, and split it up into 2 or 3 pictures.. I took some pictures, 
tried to download them.. and then I got this message (from the software) 
saying that panorama isn't supported by the software (which came with 
the camera!)... Called Olympus, they said they haven't upgraded that 
software yet so the feature is unavailable till further notice.

Then they complain about returns.
